Refund & Subscription Policy
This policy explains how PaperWorkZ subscriptions are billed, who you are buying from, how to cancel, and our no-refund policy. It is part of, and incorporated into, the End User License Agreement.
Who you are buying from
Construct Enterprises LLC makes PaperWorkZ and licenses it to you, and is who you deal with for support, activation, cancellation, and refund requests.
The payment transaction itself is handled by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe takes the payment, is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax, and issues your receipt. As a result, your receipt and your card or bank statement will show Stripe (or Link), not Construct Enterprises LLC — this is expected and does not mean you bought from a third party. Your licence to use the Software is granted by Construct, and your End User License Agreement is with Construct.
Subscription & billing
- PaperWorkZ is sold as an annual subscription, billed once per year at the price shown at checkout, plus any sales tax Stripe calculates and collects at checkout. Prices shown on our site are exclusive of sales tax.
- Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will make current pricing available to you before any renewal charge.
- Your license and its seat entitlement remain active for the paid term.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. To cancel, contact construct.ent@gmail.com (or use any self-service option we provide) before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license remains active through the end of the term you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
Refunds
All sales are final. PaperWorkZ subscription fees — including initial purchases and automatic annual renewals — are non-refundable.
Because you can evaluate PaperWorkZ before purchasing using the free, read-only demo mode, we do not offer refunds. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date (see above); you will keep access through the end of the term you have already paid for. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation right you may have under the consumer laws of your jurisdiction.
How to cancel
Email construct.ent@gmail.com from the address on your order and include your license key or order details. We aim to respond promptly.
